Hi, I also find myself with this problem.

I followed the instructions and I set the "Link count" of 0 in all categories, but in spite of everything appear to be only 9 of the 32 photos that I uploaded.

Can I know where I'm wrong?

Yes, for the moment I have 32 pictures divided into 4 different categories...but after that change appear on the home still only 9.

On the homepage you have to configure module "Il Nostro Portfolio". You will see option "Item count".

It is true, I had omitted completely the setting of the module...I was just focused to set the categories in the component k2.
