You should edit category Portfollio. In tab "Layout grid", Links count should be 0.

Ok, now it' s all done as you said and I can see the pagination button but the item's visualization always contains errors.....

I'm quite sure that the problem is the number of items because of if I add all my items there are problems even with the filter buttons on the top.
You could view on the live site...
I really don't understand... : (
