Admin Tools Professional 2.5.8

Did not makes changes to the htaccess file.

I did have run the Fix Permissions option which checks and change the permissions on files and folders. Perhaps there's something going wrong...

Have you tried then to delete this extensions who make this errors? Your PHP version is probably old and not campatible with this extensions...

I don't have Admin Tools installed. Do have the backup extension from Akeeba. I tried to temporarily disable all Akeeba extensions. Makes no difference. Using PHP Version 5.3.27
