TOPIC: slider does not work

We have three topics within the sliders. If you click on each topic at the top of the slider, the section appears from its beginning. However, if you scroll down from the top of the first topic, then click on the slider to see the second or third topic, it does not go to the beginning of the second topic. One feels so lost and confused. Anyway to fix this?
