Nvm. I found the problem.

Added a new line to template.css:

.pagination{display:inline !important;}

and changed margin-left to 0 in line:

.pagination span,.pagination a {display:inline-block;width:28px;height:27px;line-height:27px;text-align:center;background:url(../images/jf_pagination.png) no-repeat;margin-left:0px;}

That fixed the problem.
