TOPIC: [SOLVED] Layout problem with JF Well Benessere

[SOLVED] Layout problem with JF Well Benessere 20 Apr 2012 17:43 #74

Hello Kreatif,

First of all, congratulations for your beautiful work. I'm relatively new in Joomla and just downloaded your template JF_Well-Benessere. I have some problems with the organisation of the modules in the site and with placing them in the right position. Before I decided to contact you, I've searched for an user manual or other kind of support on Joomla-forums, without success. So, I'm asking you for some help to get the right "look and feel" of the template.
I've got the Slider, the Content slider and the Small Gallery modules in their positions and working. What's causing problems is:

- the 3-Column look of the main content in the TOP Position. My pictures are allways on the site of the text can't get them on top. (allready fixed, adding classes to the images and using the mod_newsflash in horizontal for the 3 columns)if there's another module to use, please advice!
- the content in TOP RIGHT, no idea what kind of module it should be and how to get the layout of the demo for this part. I've tried with the mod_newsflash again, but this time vertical and adding classes in the text editor. The images are not changing like in the demo.
- The social links over the menu in the SOCIAL position. Is this a menu? How should I create it?
- The template positions I get here are not the same as in your pics. Top is Top-content, for example, and menu is top.

Are there some class suffixes for the modules in this template? I've red that the Texturia template uses some suffixes as _bold and _orange. Could the installation of your Quickstart Pack help me to understand the modules and the organisation of your demo??

Meanwhile I discovered the _gold Suffix for the green module

Do you have some tutorial or something similar for this template? The Akeeba Backup of your quickstart is giving me errors in 1.5 version in the Wamp Server on localhost.
My Joomla version is 1.5.26 in localhost over Wamp Server on W7.
Many thanks in advance and friendly regards

Hi Stradjazz
Thanks for contacting with us. For your questions:
- the 3-Column look of the main content in the TOP Position. My pictures are allways on the site of the text can't get them on top. (allready fixed, adding classes to the images and using the mod_newsflash in horizontal for the 3 columns)if there's another module to use, please advice!
Yes, you must select "Module Class Suffix" by "_last"
- the content in TOP RIGHT, no idea what kind of module it should be and how to get the layout of the demo for this part. I've tried with the mod_newsflash again, but this time vertical and adding classes in the text editor. The images are not changing like in the demo.
They are custom module: Module 1 and Module 2 have "Module Class Suffix" by "_normal".
- The social links over the menu in the SOCIAL position. Is this a menu? How should I create it?
it's custom module also.
The template positions I get here are not the same as in your pics. Top is Top-content, for example, and menu is top.
If you use joomla 1.5 you can check template positions by : enter in your web browse url: yoursite?tp=1
