Hello !!!!
How do I display the main menumodule exactly as in your demo?
I would like the module to appear only after I click on read more in "Donec quam felis" area.

I dont' want show this module by clicking in home page menu or others items menu.

You can create a module menu in "right" position, only select The News in "Menu Assignment" tab.
