TOPIC: override del template

I do not know why but it seems not work to override the template, I do not charge more icons not place the search form in the exact location etc..
I installed the template with Quickstarts not, is there a solution?
Joomla 2.5.9 installed.

You can manually install template by upload unzip template package to templates folder. then it will automaticlly shown in backend template manager.
