TOPIC: How does the menu work? What about multi-language?

Re: How does the menu work? What about multi-language? 26 Aug 2012 13:31 #919

Ok Joomlababe, tks.

Finally I've found a workable solution ... using falang i.e. native joomla 2.5 multilingual that made me crazy and finally unworkable because "mainmenu" was not translated. With falang I've got everything translated also mainmenu. Do not waste your time with native 2.5 multilingual, it's my suggestion.

Hi guys,

I have a question also regarding the menu, I'd like to show the menu with the full text, like for instance Home All you ever need. Where can I add this "All you ever need" description?

Thanks looking forward to hear the answers.

You can add Home [] All you ever need in Menu manager

Hi, how can I insert a module menu (swmenufree) instead of mainmenu.php?

you need to edit templates\jf_well-benessere\index.php.
replace
<?php mosShowListMenu($menuname); ?>
with
<jdoc:include type="modules" name="topmenu" />
then you can assign swmenufree to this topmenu position.
you will need to style css your new module
