TOPIC: Start Up Failed

I tried to use the start up pack, after I copy the files into my server and start the directory of it under /installation, the next button cannot be clicked, I suspect that something is missing from the installation, can anyone help?

Or , is there any alternative way that I can obtain the sample data of this template?

Have you right permissions? If you use joomla 3.x pack you must configure gpc...
