I have a problem with the contact page on Vihrea.

The captcha/recaptcha field is not displaying correctly, but because it is a *required field, the contact form information cannot be submitted.

I have looked in all the places (menu-->contact, components-->K2-->items, components-->contacts, template manager, ...) to disable it but have not seen anything that remotely looks like a config section.

Could someone please steer me in the right direction.

Contact on our version doesnt have the CAPCHA.
Removing CAPCHA you can go to: components/com_contact/views/contact/tmpl
OR go to
templates/jf_vihrea/html/com_contact/contact
and repair CAPCHA. Wish you a good success!
