I'm not experienced with Joomla and website development in particular so my apologies if i'm missing something obvious.

As for step II, The manual is quite vague just saying "Unzip quickstart to your local PC and upload to remote"

Where do I need to place these files?
Can i just place them in a new folder anywhere?
Or do they go in the /templates/jf_vihrea/ folder?
Or do they go in my joomla website root? just overriding all the existing files and folders?

in a quickstart packages is joomla installation included, after uploading in in the root directory of your website you will start a classic joomla installation, after installation you will see demo site with demo content.
