Hi Im very new to this and only have info from the joomla tutorial, but ive managed to upload the file through extension manage then when i try and put it as defalt it gives me this error code on View Site -

Fatal error: Class 'JHtmlBootstrap' not found in /homepages/21/d476571091/htdocs/app476571019/templates/harveytemplate1/index.php on line 45

Hope its something simple to fix as i cant afford to pay someone to help me.

Only other thing is i downloaded the 2.5 version but on Templates page it shows it as version 1.0?

JHtmlBootstrap is added to joomla 3.x only
what is your joomla version? is it joomla 3.x?
other thing I see that harveytemplate1 is not our template. and i think it's a template for joomla 3.x. please check your joomla version again.
