Hi guys.

I want to add an "I've read the privacy policy" checkbox in the contacts page using Joomla's built-in custom fields editor.

Doing that, I get 2 problems:

1) the checkbox floats freely over the "I've read the privacy policy" text string (try and resize your browser's window)

2) I can't get to work as an active link the contact's field pointing to the privacy policy article

Can you please have a look at HERE?

I fixed.
2) I can't get to work as an active link the contact's field pointing to the privacy policy article

You should choose type of field is URL.

Could you please explain how you fixed the issue?
Joomla!'s contact custom fields are a very useful feature in newer Joomla! versions, so an explanation may help others wishing to use your template.
