You can add a new k2 item in Portfolio category.

I do not understand...

The module displays the last published articles related to the chosen categories.

I would like that the module displays the last article for each chosen category.

In module, you can change Item ordering.

In the module I have 6 categories. Each category contains articles. If I ask to display the last 6 articles, the module shows the last 6 articles chronologically put on it. It means that if I have recently put 6 articles only in 1 category, these articles are those the module displays. But that is NOT what I want to see: I want to see the last article of each category (so 6 articles in total). And not the last 6 articles of 1 category.

You can select Item ordering is Ordering in module. Then change order item in K2 component.
