hi i wanna remove the parallax-title-top area completely

tried deleting it from the code in the index.php and css/template.css and the area is still there

Hi, hi can I fix the parallax-5 image in the mobile version? Can you give a few suggestions regarding the size, as in the mobile version the figures appear distorted. Or else, can you guide me through css lines to delete the parallax (quote part) in the mobile version?
