I want o put top:0px but when I change the template.css I do not see any changes. I'm very new whit joomla and templates and I don't know if I'm doing OK

For change the template.css I go to:
Extensios - Templates - templates - details and files of Jf_thehub - css - template.css

(this steps are in spanish, I say this because in english it may be different)

In the line 8164 start the /* HEADER */ and in line 8186 is the logo position. Now I have this line in 0px and I clean cache and expired caché but I do not see any changes.

As I've said I'm very new in joomla so I apologize if my question is nonsense

I installed the K2 and when I updated the page the icon was where I wanted.
