You can change padding: 
 
.section-quote.padding-top-bottom {
    padding-bottom: 120px;
    padding-top: 120px;
}

You can edit file templates/jf_thehub/css/template.css, change the hight of the section-quote by changing the padding:
 
.section-quote.padding-top-bottom {
    padding-bottom: 120px;
    padding-top: 120px;
}
