TOPIC: Amending template.css

Hi

I'm playing around with this template to see if it meets my needs. It's running locally on my PC under a wampserver installation. When I make changes to the template.css file, nothing happens to the website, and the changes don't seem to be carrying through, even though the file remains updated. What am I missing?

Try to clear browser cache and Joomla cache.
