Hello,
I updated the gallery component tot the stable version.
(did not change plugins)
What file of the beta component did you change to get the layout as shown on the demo site.
I will try to copy that file to the Stable version and see if that works.

These are some folders:

components\com_joomgallery\views\category
components\com_joomgallery\views\detail
media\joomgallery

May i ask what are the exactly changes are? Did you test it with the new version of all JoomGallery components so far?

I'm sorry, but is it possible to be a little more specific. I thought a forum is there for some more detailed answers (?).

Does it means that by copying all the content from these 3 folders (mentioned above) on the updated components (JoomGallery 2.0.0, JoomCategories 2.0 BETA6, Joom Images 2.0 BETA5) will keep the layout like it was before?

yes, you can copy overwrite 3 folders.
