thanks my friend

i Take up this template to several languages arabic and eng now how can i translate?
i change all index.php unicod to utf-8 and Not true.
when i will add article , after type a arabic text when i see Preview it is true and when i click a save and see a template i see all arabic text With question mark
can u help me?

What's database encoding? you should select UTF-8 encoding for database also.

I've search the word database and change all encoding database And finally not true
