I cannot get the date icon to Hide on featured articles. I read a previous post on uploading new com_content files. did that but still won't remove the date icon. Any suggestions or fixes would be appreciated.

you updated new com_content files but you must also turn off show date created option. ( In content item manager or in menu item manager ).

I have the same problem.
I think the template is very nice but the date button will not appear on screen.

I have overwritten com_content completely but that din't solve the problem. The date button was gone but so is the title of the article, the category name and the menu (the menu was suddenly moved to somewhere on the left bottom of the page).

I've set all the options to hide the date but it still shows.

Added 2 images. In a "normal" mode but missing the category name (here in its place is apparently a 1).
The second picture is how the site looks like after the directory featured was overwritten by your uploaden com_content folder.

I hope you have a solution soon because I am crazy.

what's your joomla version? if you use joomla 1.7 or 2.5. Please try this attachment.

In featured de date is still vissible.


After updating de files the Read More button is in every featured article and links back to the index of the site. That's a new problem
