I used quickstart with joomla 3.0
i have a problem with:

under an article you can select an image for introtext
when i click on it, i go to the image-maps
but he doesn't want to select any image
so i can't get any in

can someone help me?

i would also love to be able to scroll over the menu
so that when you scroll over the menu, you immediatly see the submenus

SOME time later i got an update for joomla 3.2.1 , so did that
and now nothing on bottom to isert image or other???

i was getting crazy with stress yesterday
i went to sleep with all those problems
and when i logged in again this afternoon,
everything works again???? weird stuff

Are your images now ok? To edit submenu is a additional customization needed, but if you have css skills you can do it alone.

can i find the standard configuration of the modules somewhere
like shown in demo?

Yes, download quickstart package and install it, after installation you can see everything like on demo page, or read documenatation.

but made a mistake and lost the configuration of the bottom joomimages
