Is it posible to make that Sub menu is showing with hover?

Hi this template does not support dropdown menu.
You will need to make extra css and js code to obtain your goal.
Looking to your templates\jf_texturia\index.php
please remove <?php mosShowListMenu($menuname); ?> to remove built-in menu.
then you can assign your menu to submenu position then you must create css and js to make it dropdown
