Please help me to solve the problem - i cannot delete such content from detailed view in joomgallery ( check attached):

Check your file owner, it can be a problem if the owner is "PHP-User" and file permissions.

Solution found:

Joomgallery component---->Configuration Manager :: Edit Config Row 'Default [ Public ]'
--->Detail View --->General Settings
