I get this error on the homepage of my site:

Wamp is a webserver -> en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_server

To edit a .php file or .ini file you need editor like notepad or advanced editor like Notepad++ or IDE like www.aptana.com/products/studio3

I can manually edit them, I just maybe thought that was a tool/admin panel to edit the php files on the site.
