I changed the ordering of top menu items but on the website it still shows the old ordering. They are not matching with right navigation which are in correct order.

You can go to "jf_texturia-25\templates\jf_texturia\scripts\php\mainmenu.php" in line 30:
"\nGROUP BY m.id ORDER BY m.home DESC,m.parent_id, m.ordering ASC");
change to
"\nGROUP BY m.id ORDER BY m.home DESC,m.parent_id, m.lft ASC");
