TOPIC: Contact form

Hi all, I read some topic about this, but I have other problem. I fill all fields which is
Name, email and message and when I want to click the button Sedn message, box is emptied and write me message "Please check all fields of contact form." Can anyone help me?

I'm using default "simple contact form" in this template.
Do u knouw, how can I fix it?
