Hi! There is some problem. I can't save

SEO Settings
Search Engine Friendly URLs
Use URL rewriting
etc...

pick them in "yes", then push "save", after that Joomla says "Configuration successfully saved." But all setting are drops on "no".

What is a problem, help please? May be it's attributes of configuration.php troubles?

yes, Did you set permission for configuration.php file before you save?
