These positions are listed as available positions where modules can be placed, yet putting modules in any of them and the module does not show anything. Where are these positions and how can we place other modules in them so they will show?

I know that they are used for the phone number and social icons at the top of the page. I know how to set that up if I want. But I do not want to use them for that. I would like to but some other module in those positions, but anything that I put there does not show. I tried to put a banner there and nothing displays. Can they or can they not be used by anything else? If so, how?
What about Contact position? I see nothing being used there at all, yet it is available in the drop down when configuring any module.

Those positions, user4, user5, user6 do not exist in the JF_Taman template. When assignng a module to a position in the jf taman template the ONLY positions available are:

I wish to put other modules in the CALLTO and CONTACT positions, as I do not use the contact layout of the template. Contact info goes elsewhere
I wish to use the SOCIAL position as I will implement my SOCIAL information in a difference way.
How can I use these positions for other modules. When I try putting ANYTHING in ANY of them nothing happens.

Sorry, you can edit templates/jf_taman/index.php. Instead of call template params, you call position module, like this:
