TOPIC: Menu: Problem with priorities

Menu: Problem with priorities 15 Sep 2015 15:38 #7412

Hey there guys!

I have been using your template for a couple of months now and I like it very much! Nevertheless, I have one problem unsolved... Adress is www.pharmaziestudenten-hd.de/index.php

I don't know how to describe the Problem exactly, maybe I can show you a screenvideo:

Video

If I want to click a button of the submenu in "Die Fachschaft" it's kind of overlayed by the Main menupoint "SU" when you go left too much. How can I fix this problem? How can I give the open submenu a higher "priority" than the main menu point lying under it? I have been working on this problem for 4 days now, but I can't get it without help

Thanks for your help

Sascha

Try to edit templates/jf_taman/css/template.css, line 351, comment:

#jf-mainnav ul.menu li {
/*z-index: 999;*/
}

Hey joomfreak,

thanks for your reply, sadly I tried this one already, didn't work... Are there any further possibilities?

Have a nice day!

Greetings

Sascha

Sorry, remove line 392:

#jf-mainnav ul.menu li.parent > a {
position: relative;
z-index: 9999;
}
