Hi

I have articles that have no menu assignment. When linking to the article, the HOME menu is highlighted and the slideshow is shown above the article. I only want the slideshow to be shown on the actual home page, not when viewing an article.

Also, I would like the correct menu to be highlighted that this article relates to.

How do I do this?

Just to clarify what I want to achieve:

What I really want to be able to do is to have only 2 levels in the menus. I want the other sub-items to not show in the menu as this becomes tedious to have to navigate to sub menu after sub menu.

But, I do want these items to be linked in the article of the main menu. I tried linking to the article itself, but this gives the problem I mentioned originally.

I was wondering if its possible to keep the sub menus published, so that they can be linked in the main menu article, but have these sub menus hidden, so that they do not show when hovering over the parent.

Is it possible to hide the sub menus after two levels with css?

You can config module Main Menu, set parameter "End Level" is "2"
