how can i put text: "contact form" in new line?

and why map didnt show on this site?
in template menager I set:
use map in conatct: yes
and values for latitude and Longitude

-> in templates/jf_taman/css/template.css insert

    content: "";
    display: table;
}
.contact-details:after {
    clear: both;
}

-> Description for marker: instead of typing
