TOPIC: blank page

blank page 21 Sep 2015 20:52 #7447

After few months of good work my website was hacked today.
When I recognize that hopefully I recovered my user and password but now i got BLANK PAGE.
In the mean time I made update Joomla from v3.4.3 to v3.4.4.
I don't know what hackers changed on my web site and why is now this situation .Maybe it is because of updating?

here is error message:
after updating first message was :
PHP Warning: require_once(/home/mmsoluti/public_html/includes/defines.php) [<a href='function.require-once'>function.require-once</a>]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mmsoluti/public_html/index.php on line 33
PHP Fatal error: require_once() [<a href='function.require'>function.require</a>]: Failed opening required '/home/mmsoluti/public_html/includes/defines.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/mmsoluti/public_html/index.php on line 33

and now is:

Failed opening required '/home/mmsoluti/libraries/import.legacy.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/mmsoluti/public_html/includes/framework.php on line 15

Could you help me somehow to clean this mess

I solved the problem!

After the hacker intrusions on my site I've done a couple of things:
- Successfully returned changed user and password
- Then I did joomla update from version 3.4.3 to version 3.4.4

Then there was a blank Web page.
I tried to find out what is the problem but without success.

Last night I did a complete new installation of Joomla 3.4.4 on the hosting server.

For now everything is ok and web site works well.

The question remains: why the first update to 3.4.4 was not done properly because it was created on a regular basis.
Also the question of protecting new installations of repeated hacker attacks.

I have seen on many forums that this is a problem with the update appearing in many cases.

I also must say that I am not a expert for creating Web sites, but only a beginner who is trying to make the best possible web presentation.

In any case, your support means a lot to me because I think that this template ,TAMAN , is right thing for anyone who wants to quickly and easily create a Web presentation.

Yesterday we were again attacked by hackers. The attack was carried out by AnonCoders.
Do you have any idea how to protect itself from attack?
They usually change index.php file and user and password for admin
I would be very grateful for any ideas.
This time I was easily able to return the site to normal function.

You have to change all passwords - for Joomla! administrators, FTP users, MySQL database users, cPanel accounts, etc
