Try to edit file templates/jf_salina/css/template.css, add:
 
@media (max-width:767px) {
#slideshow {
	background: url(../images/coffee-640647.jpg) no-repeat;
	background-size: cover;
}
 
#slideshow #tubular-container {
	display: none;
}
}
