In the site as mentioned above (www.prime-pinball.de/) a submenu is made like submenu_1. The titel "Attack" of the index-article and the same menu item on top are linked to the same page.
On my site (www.spoelstranet.nl/reizen) I cannot get the title of the index article (as introduction to the blog) linked to the same page as the correspondig menu item on top (submenu_2). Maybe it's because I use a blog-format?

I have check your menu configuration. You need to create menu type for reizen as article not category blog in order to make it work like www.prime-pinball.de/
