To install do I ftp over my existing site? While I dont have any content yet if I did this would mean I would lose any articles right? That would be fine for me as I am in the very early stages of my site.

there are several way to install relaxio.
you can install only template or install a quickstart package (full site with demo content)
you need to download right package from joomfreak site. (template package or quickstart package)
- Install template: login your backend. navigate to Extension=>Install/Uninstall then upload template package. then you need to enable/make it default in Extension=>template manager in order to make it work
- Quickstart: if your site has less content and you are ready to reupdate your site content you can use this quickstart package. there is an instruction how to install quickstart you need to follow it
