okay so I downloaded the jf_krom files onto my Mac. None of the files are zipped. Exactly which extension package file do I choose to "Upload and Install" under Extensions - Install - Upload Package File - Upload and Install Joomla Extension - Extension Package File - Choose file ..... WHAT file do I choose?

I have downloaded all of the files 3 separate times, and there is no jf_krom-j3.zip file, or any zip file in it???
