How to center the button product details?

In the product detail page i'd like to add social button for sharing the article and if it is possible chanhe the position of the long description above the short one

You can override in folder templates/jf_krom/html/com_virtuemart.

I fixed the button to the center via custom.css

Now i try to fix the long description above the short one via override.

Try to install Virtuemart Social Share extension or use AddThis social share.
