is It possible fixed the position of mobile menù when open and not scroll with the page ?

You can edit file templates/jf_krom/css/jquery.mobile-menu.css, modify:
 
#mobile-menu {
	position: absolute;
}
 

to:
 
#mobile-menu {
	position: fixed;
}

If the menù is too long don't scroll the voice outside of the screen
