TOPIC: drop down menu

Hi,

I am testing the Krom template for a new site as it looks awesome

I am having an issue with the drop down menu though. Please bear with me as I am a beginner!

So I have a few menu items, some of which have child items.
When hovering over a main menu item that is NOT active (and that has child menu items), the drop down menu does not appear/drop. However, when the main menu item is active then the drop menu items appear on hovering.

I would be grateful if anyone had any pointers on how to fix this.

You mean the dropdown menu does not appear or the effect of parent item when hovering the drop menu items does not appear?

Yes, when hovering over the parent item the drop down menu does not appear (fig-1.jpg).

However, if I click on the parent menu item first, then the dropdown menu appears on hovering over the parent item (fig-2.jpg).

You can set a parameter Show Sub-menu Items is Yes in the Module Manager to always show submenu items.
