Hello
I have installed jf krom on wamp and I updated to joomla 3.9.6. After the update when I try to edit articles the editing part does not appear and there is a warning: "Warning
The TinyMCE Editor Plugin has been updated. Currently it uses your existing configuration. By editing the plugin, you can now assign and customise various layouts to specific user groups.
Warning: when editing the plugin, you will lose all your previous settings!".
I have attached a screenshot.

Hello,
Try go to Extensions -> Plugins -> select the "Editor - TinyMCE" plugin, hit Save & Close.
