Hi,
Excuse my English.
How I Could add new funcionality to template "JF Up Event":
I scrolling down webpage to section eg. "news" and the menu highlight item "News".

Like some one that:

Hi,
In Menu Manager use External URL link type.
Inside the Link field insert the ID name from the layout section where you have published section eg. "news".

Yes, so I got that right.
But it does not work for When I click on menu "Artist" and scrolling down
on section "SPONSORS", in menu still highlighted "ARTIST" and not menu "SPONSORS".

You can edit template file index.php, add data-spy="scroll" and data-target=".navigation" attributes to the <body> element.
