You can create a New Override language: Extensions -> Language Manager -> Overrides: Language Constant : K2_DATE_FORMAT_LC
Text : Y/m/d

Yes, work but in Italy the date is d/m/Y and in this mode don't work...

You have to set the text is "Y/m/d".
You want to display the date below title is "d/m/Y"?
