Hello I'm trying to create a module of JF slideshow, but once i create it, it's show me in this way. (see the picture please)

Some one know how can i resolve this issue.

I'm using joomla 3.4.5.

Hello, Yes.

I had to reinstall another version of the module.

Don't remember where i download it, but i think it was from the oficial web page, the name of the file is mod_jfslideshow-j32-v1.1.zip if you want to look for it on the internet, however i put the file in the attachments.
