what was the solution ?!
i had this problem too, becaus i use a logo file what had a bigger height than the originial one, now the anchor never collapsing clean to the marks i tried everything nothing works

it would be nice to finding a solution for me too !!!

You can increase padding-top for each section, edit template.css:
 
.section {
padding: 138px 0 120px;
}
 
#werkstatt.section {
padding: 138px 0 80px;
}

p.s.
even i test it at online responsive sim-site on i pad mini:
same problem, it dont care about the new code in .css file.
But anyway ... is more important on desk, laptop and smartphone !
