I installed this template on my local host but I keep getting this error - undefined variable etc on the topmost of my screen. Kindly help.

It was successfully installed. It is when you try to view the site, I get that long message at top , where you have the contact details. I tried to disable the contact details but it still shows on the front end. Although I installed and uninstalled some templates before finally installing the JF event up, could it have affected it?

Try go to administrator, System -> Global Configuration -> Server -> Error Reporting: select "None".
