I finally got the countdown working, but where do I change details for Buy Tickets and More Details?

You can change text by creating override language for TPL_JF_EVENT-UP_BUY_TICKET and TPL_JF_EVENT-UP_MORE_DETAIL.
Buy Tickets link, you can change link url in module.
