You can change here: templates/jf_event-up/css/template.css at line 6967 and 6971:
 
.navigation .nav > li:hover > a, .navigation .nav > li > a:hover, .navigation .nav > li > a:focus {
    background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0) none repeat scroll 0 0;
    border-bottom: 2px solid #961b81;
}
.navigation .nav > .active > a {
    border-bottom: 2px solid #961b81;
    color: #961b81;
}
