About space between slider and down arrow, you can edit templates/jf_crypto/css/template.css, add:

height: auto !important;
}

You can add everywhere in template.css. If you use Background Supersized type, you don't need add.
The problem at contact menu, you should edit template.css. Remove or comment min-height: ...; at line 6611 and 5739

}
